A figure that does not match its source
Send the page, the figure and the document you checked it against. A figure here is wrong if it does not match what the issuing body published, and that is the fastest thing to fix. Where a page is corrected after publication, the corrected version is archived and filed in the same way the original was.
A published record we have not covered
Send the document, or enough of a reference to find it. What is useful here is a record an Israeli body has actually published: a statute, a recorded vote, a judgment, a series, an audit chapter, a ministry or military publication.
