Europe took NIS 57.2 billion of exports, the United States NIS 44.8
The Central Bureau of Statistics recorded NIS 57,206.0 million of goods exports to Europe and NIS 44,813.8 million to the United States over the eleven months to November 2025, a difference of NIS 12,392.2 million. The European Union alone took NIS 49.4 billion, above the United States
Set line against line, the Central Bureau of Statistics recorded NIS 49,404.3 million of goods exports to the European Union and NIS 44,813.8 million to the United States for January to November 2025.

Imports from Europe reached NIS 133.8 billion against America’s NIS 35.7 billion

America is the only region row where exports exceed imports. For November alone the Central Bureau of Statistics published exports of NIS 16.1 billion, imports of NIS 26.5 billion and a deficit of NIS 10.4 billion.
The Bureau’s series counts goods, publishing no services exports by country
The November 2025 release covers trade in goods, in shekels, and carries no services line and no percentage share by partner. For calendar 2021 the Central Bureau of Statistics reported gross goods exports of NIS 193.8 billion and gross goods imports of NIS 291.4 billion, and named Ireland, the United Arab Emirates, El Salvador, Gabon, Morocco and the Congo as the countries behind the main rise in goods exports excluding diamonds, a ranking of movement rather than of size. Single commodities and single partners appear in separate Israeli publications, including on natural gas exports; the Ministry of Economy and Industry’s Foreign Trade Administration published an assessment of the economic potential with the United Arab Emirates in October 2020, the ministry’s own forward-looking assessment of an opportunity rather than a record of trade that occurred.
Which of these figures may not be added together?
- Region rows contain their country lines. Adding Europe to the European Union, or America to the United States, counts the same trade twice.
- The cumulative figures are in millions of shekels and the November figures in billions; the Central Bureau of Statistics presents them separately.
- The series is goods only. A goods balance is not Israel’s trade balance, because services are published in a different series.
- The 2021 figures are gross, cover a full calendar year, and are not a comparator for an eleven-month 2025 period.
